Who can use the Cargo 360 app?
Cargo 360 is reserved for employees of client companies: they manage parcels, clients, shipments, and finances on a daily basis. Accounts are created by your company's administrator, not on a self-service basis.
How do my own clients track their parcels?
No account or app to install: each client company has its own tracking website, customized to its image (logo, colors, contact details). Your clients check status, progress, agency, and mode of transport independently.
How does pricing work?
There's no standard package: pricing is quoted based on the real monthly parcel volume handled by your company. Contact us through our dedicated page to discuss it.
Is my data shared with other client companies?
No. Each client company has a fully siloed data space within Cargo 360 — your parcels, clients, and finances remain strictly separate from other companies using the platform.
An employee forgot their password, what should they do?
For security reasons, password changes are managed by your company's administrator, not on a self-service basis. They can reset any employee's access from within the app.
